返金ポリシー

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at jellyfish_life09@nifty.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
- Change of mind / ordered by mistake: The buyer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Non-returnable items
Food products, including wafer card boxes and packs, cannot be returned or exchanged, except when the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, or where local consumer law requires otherwise. We also cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items, gift cards, or hazardous materials.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
